Terms

Version 2026-08-02.2 · effective 2026-08-02

These terms cover what you are buying, what it needs to run on, and what happens if something goes wrong. The commercial commitments — when access begins, the 48-hour connection check, and when you get your money back — are set out in full in the Refund and Technical Support Policy, which forms part of these terms.

What you are buying

A licence to use the WPHandover WordPress plugin on one website, and access to our hosted services that the plugin connects to. The licence does not expire.

Some services in the plugin are metered and are paid for with credits bought separately. Credits do not expire. What each service costs in credits is shown in your account before you use it.

The plugin itself is licensed under the GPL. The licence key gives you access to our hosted services and to the builds we publish.

One licence, one site

A licence covers one WordPress site at a time. You can move it to a different site a limited number of times; how many is shown in your account.

What you need to run it

WordPress 6.4 or newer, PHP 8.0 or newer, served over HTTPS, with the WordPress REST API reachable.

When we can suspend access

We can suspend or revoke a licence if it is being shared beyond what it covers, if it is being used to attack or abuse the service, or if a payment is reversed. We will tell you why.

Refunds, withdrawal and support

You get 48 hours from purchase to confirm that your site connects. If it will not and we cannot fix it, you get your money back. A verified fault in our plugin, infrastructure or API connection is refundable whenever it comes to light. We do not offer a 14-day money-back guarantee or a free trial.

The full position is set out in the Refund and Technical Support Policy and the withdrawal information, both linked below. Those documents form part of these terms and are not summarised away here, because a summary of a refund policy inside terms is how the real one gets missed.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Dutch or EU consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law.

If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of the country you live in. Those rules continue to apply whatever this section says.
