Right of withdrawal
This page explains the statutory right of withdrawal — a right the law gives you — and how it applies to WPHandover. We are required to tell you it exists, and this is us telling you.
It is not a money-back guarantee offered by us. We do not offer one. What we offer is the 48-hour connection check in our Refund and Technical Support Policy: if your site will not connect and we cannot fix it, you get your money back.
The right
If you are a consumer in the EEA, you generally have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw from it without giving a reason.
To withdraw, tell us clearly — a case opened on the Support page in your account (https://www.wphandover.app/support) naming your order is enough. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to; any clear statement counts, and the date we receive it is the date that matters.
How it applies here
You are asked at checkout to expressly request immediate performance. That request is what lets us give you access straight away rather than making you wait out the 14 days. It does not sign the right away.
If you withdraw after performance has begun, you pay an amount proportionate to what was supplied up to that point and the rest is returned. For a credit top-up that proportion is measured in credits: what you spent was delivered, what you did not spend is refunded. See section 11 of the Refund and Technical Support Policy.
Where separately supplied digital content is involved, and you gave prior express consent to immediate delivery together with an acknowledgement that you lose the right, that right can be lost once delivery begins.
We will not treat your right as lost simply because you connected the plugin or used it once. If it is unclear, we resolve it in your favour and have a person look at it.
Model withdrawal form
To Awaren, via https://www.wphandover.app/support:
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the supply of the following service: __________
Ordered on: __________
Name of consumer: __________
Address of consumer: __________
Date: __________
Business customers
The statutory right of withdrawal applies to consumers. If you bought as a business, it does not apply to you, but the rest of our Refund and Technical Support Policy does.
If you are not sure which you are, tell us and we will treat you as a consumer until it is established otherwise.
